- Postal carrier gives the package to the Border Services Agency (BSA) for customs review.
- The BSA visually inspects the package.
- Package contents that are not on the prohibited items list and not subject to duties or taxes (puzzles of all kinds; parts and accessories thereof are exempt from duty fees) are released for delivery. If your package is held for duty or tax fees, the recipient will need to pay the fees before the package is released. Packages that require further inspection or duty and tax assessment are held for further review. SpeedCubeShop is not held liable for any possible duty or tax fees.
- Once your package has cleared customs, it is handed over to your country's postal service for delivery. Your tracking will be updated to indicate the package has cleared customs and is being delivered.
- Once a parcel is with BSA, neither SpeedCubeShop nor the postal service can intervene or inquire about the status of the package.
- Times for packages to clear customs vary. Delays can occur due to the package itself, its documentation or high mail volume at customs.

We make returns easy. If you aren't completely happy with any of your items, we will gladly accept it for return or exchange within 90 days of delivery.
If you are conducting an exchange, please ensure that all original packaging is included and still intact. If an exchange is received in lesser condition than "like new", it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If you would like to modify or cancel your order please contact us immediately. We will make every attempt to modify or cancel your order but cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes once your order has been placed.
Cancellations for custom puzzles must be submitted within 24 hours of the order being placed to avoid a 20% cancellation fee.
All returns for custom puzzles will be processed in store credit.
Excessive wear (damaged stickers) or damaged packaging may result in a 20% restocking fee.
All clothing is made to order and is unable to be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect in which case the item will be exchanged. Clothing usually starts printing within 24 hours of the order being placed so we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes.

Instances of "popping" or other forms of user error are not covered by our return policy.
Custom services and product customizations are not eligible for refunds.
