What makes a Cosmic Cube different than any other set up cube? A Cosmic Expert will start by taking the cube completely apart to inspect each piece for defects. If you purchase a Cosmic "M" version cube, we will install a set of high-quality magnets throughout the puzzle that will not only increase stability but also create a confidence-inspiring "snap" after a turn is completed. We then proceed to lubricate the entire core and pieces of the puzzle. Our goal here is to create a nice, even coating of lubricant on all of the essential contact points so that your Cosmic Cube will feel great and last for a very long time. Tensioning is one of the most difficult parts of setting up a speedcube but our team of Experts goes above and beyond to extensively test each Cosmic Cube to make sure that it will have the maximum amount of corner cutting without risk of locking up or binding. Last but not least, we will remove the low-quality stickers that come pre-applied and completely clean each face of the puzzle before applying a set of our world-famous Cosmic Stickers. Stickers are usually made and shipped the same day but if stickers are ordered near the cutoff, they may ship the next business day.

    International Customs
    After your order leaves the USA, it will be given to customs before the package is cleared and accepted into your country. Customs clearance times may vary, here’s how the process works:
    1. Postal carrier gives the package to the Border Services Agency (BSA) for customs review.
    2. The BSA visually inspects the package.
    3. Package contents that are not on the prohibited items list and not subject to duties or taxes (plastic toys should be exempt from duty or tax fees) are released for delivery. If your package is held for duty or tax fees, the recipient will need to pay the fees before the package is released. Packages that require further inspection or duty and tax assessment are held for further review. SpeedCubeShop is not held liable for any possible duty or tax fees.
    4. Once your package has cleared customs, it is handed over to your country's postal service for delivery. Your tracking will be updated to indicate the package has cleared customs and is being delivered.

    Please note:

    • Once a parcel is with BSA, neither SpeedCubeShop nor the postal service can intervene or inquire about the status of the package.
    • Times for packages to clear customs vary. Delays can occur due to the package itself, its documentation or high mail volume at customs.

    Policy

    We make returns easy. If you aren't completely happy with any of your items, we will gladly accept it for return or exchange within 90 days of delivery.

    If you are conducting an exchange, please ensure that all original packaging is included and still intact. If an exchange is received in lesser condition than "like-new", it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

    Custom Puzzles

    Cancellations for custom puzzles must be submitted within 24 hours of the order being placed to avoid a 20% cancellation fee.

    All returns for custom puzzles will be processed in store credit.

    Excessive wear (damaged stickers) or damaged packaging may result in a 20% restocking fee.

    Clothing

    All clothing is made to order and is unable to be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect in which case the item will be exchanged. Clothing usually starts printing within 24 hours of the order being placed so we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes.

    Pre-Orders

    Cancellations for pre-orders must be submitted within 24 hours of the order being placed to avoid a 20% cancellation fee.

    Exclusions

    Instances of "popping" or other forms of user error are not covered by our return policy.

    Custom services and product customizations are not eligible for refunds. 

    SpeedCubeShop reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not have an RMA #.
