The X-Man Galaxy Megaminx V2 (Sculpted) is the updated version of the world-famous X-Man Galaxy Megaminx (Sculpted). The V2 offers performance enhancements and a new, smaller size that is great for speedsolving and grip! The magnets that are pre-installed from the factory add huge stability enhancements and have a defined "click" when a turn is completed making this the ideal option for speedsolving. Policy
We make returns easy. If you aren't completely happy with any of your items, we will gladly accept it for return within 90 days of delivery.
When conducting a return, please ensure that all original packaging is included and still intact. If the returned product is received in lesser condition than "like new", it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If you would like to modify or cancel your order please contact support immediately. We will make every attempt to modify or cancel your order but cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes once your order has been placed.
Returns initiated within 30 days of delivery will have a refund option of store credit (available instantly as an eGift card) or payment method (available in 3-5 business days depending on your bank).

Custom puzzles
Cancellations for custom puzzles must be submitted within 24 hours of the order being placed to avoid a 20% cancellation fee.
All returns for custom puzzles will be processed as store credit.
Excessive wear (damaged stickers) or damaged packaging may result in a 20% restocking fee.
Clothing
All clothing is made to order and is unable to be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect in which case the item will be exchanged. Clothing usually starts printing within 24 hours of the order being placed so we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes.
Pre-Orders
Cancellations for pre-orders must be submitted within 24 hours of the order being placed to avoid a 20% cancellation fee.
Exclusions
Instances of "popping" or other forms of user error are not covered by our return policy.
Custom services and product customizations are not eligible for refunds.
Mystery Items
All sales final. No returns are accepted for mystery items.
