Shipping Cutoff
If an order is submitted after the shipping cutoff, the order will still be prepared and will be shipped out on the next business day.
24-Hour Shipping Exclusions
If your order contains a custom item like our custom cubes, stickers, or set-up service, please refer to the product description for the current production. Stickers are generally made the same day but orders placed near the cutoff might ship the next day if we are not able to complete your stickers before the cutoff.
International Customs Information
After we ship out your order, it will be handed off to customs before the package is accepted into your country. You will need to wait for the package to clear customs before it can be delivered to you. Here’s how the process works:
  1. We present all incoming international parcels to the Border Services Agency (BSA) for customs review.
  2. The BSA visually inspects each parcel or piece of mail.
  3. Package contents that are not on the prohibited items list and not subject to duties or taxes (plastic toys should not have duty or tax charges) are released for delivery. If your package is held for duty or tax charges, we do not held liable for those charges, they are the responsibility of the recipient. Packages that require further inspection or duty and tax assessment are held for further action.
  4. Once your package has cleared customs, it is handed over to your country's postal service for delivery. Your tracking will be updated to indicate the package has cleared customs and is on its way to you.

Please note:

  • Once a parcel is with BSA, neither we nor the postal service can intervene or inquire about the status of the package.
  • Times for packages to clear customs vary. Delays can occur due to the package itself, its documentation or volumes at customs.

We make returns easy. If you aren't completely happy with any of your items, we will gladly take it back within 90 days of delivery.

If you do send something back for exchange, please ensure that all of the original packaging is included and still intact. If we receive an exchange that is in lesser condition than "like-new", you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Instances of "popping" or other forms of user-error will not be covered by our return policy.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for services, custom items or clothing unless there is a manufacturing defect and we do not accept cancellations for pre-orders or custom items. SpeedCubeShop reserves the right to refuse any packages sent in that are not pre-approved by our returns department.
