—- This cube is not worth $60, but it is worth $24 which is what I got it for.
Only rzn it’s not 5 stars is bc the magnets sometimes change on their own and when resetting the tension to the loosest it sometimes makes 2 adjustments by accident. (Also came cube came slightly stratched, but they wore off quickly)
Settings I use are (light blue on 1, 3 clicks after the pop, weakest magnets and 3 drops of cosmos lube)
I bought this cube along side the wrm 2021 (non maglev). I prefer this one way more. Corner cutting is average, (worse than wrm 2021^)(45 reg and on the line for rev) but when doing turns, the cube doesn’t ever need more than that and feels more stable.
I don’t lock up on this cube and all turns and finger tricks can be done easily.
I’m coming from the gan 356m and this is a nice upgrade. The XS has more customizations, and I like its settings more. The medium mags are slightly stronger than the m but the lowest setting is weaker. The xs can also be made tighter and looser than the m.
Back to the wrm 2021. I believe the xs can be enjoyed by more ppl and set up more easily.
The xs is a good cube for ppl that don’t know what cube would suit them. Guaranteed it will be at minimum 90% perfect for you.
