I HAVE SOME GREAT INFO, SO READ ALL OF THIS!!!!!!
ADJUSTMENTS:
I only bumped up the compression to 3, making **** depth 1 and compression 3. I love the new adjustment system, where its gets rid of the ****. The adjustment system is very responsive, and you can pinpoint how you like your cube.
FEEL/PREFORMANCE:
My cube is set on the more "flexible" side, but I laugh at calling it flexible. This is a very blocky cube, and it corners are very sharp, like the Gan cubes. Now, just cause its blocky doesn't mean it can't corner-cut. It corner-cuts just a LITTLE less than the v9 on the settings I have it on. The cube is the most stable cube I have ever set my hands on. Under no circumstances will this cube deform, actually, I would say it's impossible to lock up or deform this cube. Which can be good and bad at once. Keep reading to see why. The cubes internals feel similar to the v9, and by that, I just mean whatever lube you put in it, it will do the same as the v9. The only exception is I feel as if this cube gets more gunky over time, probably because of the big ball core.
RECOMENDATIONS/PERSONAL THOUGHTS:
This is how I feel. I feel like the v9 and v10 are Either/Or cubes. What do I mean by that? If you didn't like the v9 (Or any other fast, flexible cubes) then you must like the v10, which is a stable, tighter, more controllable cube. So, you see that if you buy both of these, one will be your main. Either a:
Lose, flexible, controllable, tactile V9, OR THE
Tight, compact, super stable, V10
OVERALL:
So you might be thinking, "Oh, the v10 is more controllable, I should skip the v9 and get this." (Or if you already have the v9 and like it and think this one is supposed to be better) Then I will spare you the trouble. I personally think the v10 is the first cube I have ever touched that is too stable. I think it's inflexibility and smaller range of corner cutting doesn't fit my turning style. I enjoy and have better performance on the flexible, controllable v9. And NOTE: I recived the v9 and v10 on the same day, for the first time in November. I was not originally biased to the v9 like everyone else was. I ran a series of trials on both and found that I like the v9 more. BUT PLEAS KNOW THAT BOTH ARE OUTSTANDING CUBES!!!!!!!!!!!!. If my v9 broke, I would instantly main the v10. (Or the Hudong) I don't want to tear your hopes apart for this cube. I was just reviewing on what my experience with both the v9 and v10 was. I know many people who enjoy and have mained the v10. In fact, I almost mained the V10 myself! They are both amazing cubes, if not the two best Flagships cubes in the world!
To those who are kinda curious and are thinking of buying it: You won't regret it. If you don't buy it, you will always have doubts in the back of your head wondering if this cube could have been your main. EXPIRIANCE THE WEILONG V10!!
If you could take anything from this review, just know the v10 is not an upgrade from the v9. It is a whole different cube. More like Gancube and MoYu had a baby. GAYu V1 more like it lol
(P.S, if you read this whole review, pat yourself on the back. You are defiantly interested in this cube, so go buy it!!!!!!!)
