the best lubricant i have used
Lunar is probably one of my favorite lubes for making a cube feel smooth and controllable. It slows the cube down a little without making it feel sluggish, which helps a lot if your cube is too fast or unstable. The feeling is buttery and consistent, and it lasts a pretty long time before needing another drop.
Really good fast lube
I got the 5ml bottle of this lube. This makes my cube turn so well. When I first applied it and then started spreading it, my 3x3 felt like a whole new cube! Would recommend!
Before I say anything, I want to point out that this lube is amazing. It has a super fast and lightweight feel, which is good for slow, cheap, cubes.
Variety
I actually prefer this over stardust, as you can use it on a bigger variety of cubes. However, I have found out it works the best when using with a tornado (V4, V3 premium, and V5) cube. You do not have to apply large amounts of it to feel the effect, so even a 5ml bottle will last you a long time.
Pairing with other lubes
I have tried pairing this with other lubes, and always came back to lunar and cosmos. I recommend adding 2 drops of cosmos and 4 drops of lunar, as this give your cube a fast feeling, yet it is not overpowering. If you prefer a more controllable feel, however, I would recommend 3 drops of cosmos and 4 drops of lunar. Even though I recommend pairing this lube with cosmos, it will work with any type of more controllable lube.
Final Impressions
Overall, I think this is a great lube. It is fast and lightweight, yet a small amount can make a difference. It can be used on a variety of cubes, going from slow and cheap cubes all the way to a GAN 16. It pairs well with most lube, and I definitely recommend checking it out for yourself.
Got this lube and I use it for all my cubes even the ones that aren’t speed cubes it makes it silky smooth and speedy. I mix it with Martian so its not too fast to the point it damages the pieces.
I've tried out most of the SCS lubes and this is the one I keep going back to. I run it in almost everything including Gans, Moyus, Yuxins, Dayans, X-Mans, QiYis, YJs, and on.
Lunar has the perfect balance of speed but stays where i need it and lasts quite while. (As opposed to stardust which OMG is fast, but is too runny and goes away very quickly.) I also like martian, but not nearly as much as lunar, which i keep coming back to.

This lube was so good, I got more. It makes my cube feel so reliably fast. And I don’t even need to use very much of it at a time. So far this bottle has lasted my months of cubing every day
This lube was a great opposite to the solar lube. I originally just bought the solar lube. But the solar lube just made my cube feel sticky. Them together make my cube feel very smooth and controllable but still fast.
The Lunar Lubricant is great! I recently applied it to my cube and it's smooth as ****. However, I was really undermined by the size of the container, because I bought the weight 1 lubricant with the same size, it was triple the size of the this lubricant bottle, and considering that it was around the same price, I wasn't really satisfied. However, it IS pretty fast
This lube is soooo so good at speeding up 3x3s but on anything bigger it kind of slows them down for a bit which I guess is due to it's thickness and just how much smaller the pieces on bigger cubes are! Keep this in mind! 💙 but its great! 💙
This is the fastest lunar I’ve ever used and I recommended a lot so yes it’s pretty good and I will be getting more because how good it is and I’ve used it all cause I have a lot of cubes but yeah thank you guys for shipping this to me and it actually was shipped very quickly by the way guys
Incredibly fast and very good. Used on my moyu wrm v9 and now it is incredibly fast
I got a new moyu and it started to feel scratchy, applied this and it immediately started to make almost no noise

The lube makes my loud 3x3 quiet. It also makes the inside feel soft but it is still hard.👍
Lunar is great. Solar is better though (and that pineapple smell is just nice). I use both on my 3x3. I use the Solar on the core and Lunar on the outside. Works great.
This is my favorite lube that I've used so far. Its a must have for slow/heavy cubes to speed them up. I balance it with Cosmos on cubes that are faster.
It’s good probably 2nd favorite behind Martian. Has a little different feeling. Still really good
This is an excellent lubricant! It's perfect for tuning cubes and enhances the overall feel. It has no scent, and the 5ml bottle lasts a long time if you only use a few drops. Compared to the GAN lubricant, this one is perfect and truly outstanding!
