Orders up to 200 units ship from our Las Vegas warehouse in 1–2 business days (3:00 PM PT cutoff).

Orders over 200 units are factory-fulfilled: 1–2 weeks production plus your choice of 5 business days air freight or 4–6 weeks sea freight (lower cost).

For Las Vegas orders, you can cancel anytime before we ship. For factory drop-ship orders, the 50% deposit becomes non-refundable once production begins (typically within 48 hours of payment). You can still cancel up until that point with a full refund.

We accept resale certificates and tax-exempt status documentation (W-9, state-specific exemption forms). After you submit your inquiry, we'll send a secure upload link as part of your B2B onboarding. We can't process tax-exempt status without valid documentation on file.

For domestic orders, freight is added to your quote and you pay it as part of the invoice. For international or factory drop-ship orders, the customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees in the destination country. If you have your own freight forwarder or shipping account, we can ship using your account at no markup — note this in the inquiry form.

For the America250 Puzzle Cube specifically, no — license terms restrict modification of the product or packaging. Every order ships in the standard configuration.

24 units, which equals one carton. At the 24–99 tier, that's $287.28 minimum order. We chose carton-based MOQ instead of an arbitrary number so the quantity matches our packaging operations cleanly.

Not for the America250 cube. All bulk orders are paid upfront via ACH (or 50/50 deposit split for factory orders). This keeps things simple and ensures everyone gets the same pricing without an AR markup.
