I got the purple version of this puzzle. Got it because I just wanted to play with the buttons. It comes with some alternative solve states which are fun to work out. If you can keep track of if a piece has 2N or 2S magnets and it's orientation, it's not much more difficulty than a mirror blocks where not every piece is unique.
It has more than one "solved" state when pieces are all in or all out. You can easily accidentally solve it.
Only gripe is sometimes the polarity interferes with itself and pieces that should pop don't have enough force from the repelling magnets to clear friction. I don't think there's anything they can do to fix that and it's only in very specific cases of pieces being aligned. It's not broken or anything, just the nature of the magnetic field. Not gonna take off a star for physics.
