Fun, unique cube. The gears are so cool!

I recently purchased a large lot of cubes here and really focused on getting a variety. I'm very glad I got this one. It looks like a normal 3x3 but it's not. The gears on the edges turn as you turn the cube. You also can't turn a side one rotation; it has to be an even number. It makes solving more of a challenge but this is easier than you may think. It's fun to try intuitively but tutorials are available if needed.
Note that I got the mini because of the very low price but if cost isn't a factor for you, consider getting the regular one. It'll handle better and also look more impressive with the gears. Either way tho, this is a must buy.

Turns so well, pocket sized

I didn't have any gear cubes or in fact a "full sized" 3x3 gear cube, until this one. I learned how to solve a gear cube with this cube, and it works greater than some full sized puzzles! Strangely a great introduction to a new puzzle, while being cheaper than a full sized one. Sometimes with 3x3 gear cubes it is hard to tell when the layers are aligned, but that is true with any gear cube. I would recommend this for any level of cuber, it only takes a few algorithms and this one is easily travelled with.

This is a great keychain cube! Turns smoothly and is easy to carry with a detachable keychain.
Tiles are a great addition so that there is no need to worry about stickers coming off.
