Description

YJ MGC Square-1 (Magnetic) is a very highly anticipated item and does not disappoint!

The MGC Square-1 feels lightweight, yet "planted" with the majority of the weight being focused in the center. The buttery smooth inner and outer layers are controlled by factory-installed moderate strength magnets.

For those who prefer a black side, you can easily install the included spare black pieces to change either the white or yellow side.

While we do recommend tightening the puzzle out of the box, the MGC Square-1 is a slam dunk and is certainly to be a rival for the best Square-1 on the market.

Great cube

Overall it's a wonderful cube for the price. Never used Square-1 before but this seems to catch sometimes making turns difficult but the magnets to align layers makes it even better.

first ever sq1

This was my first ever sq1, and this doesn't disappoint. turns are really smooth, but one side on mine is much faster than the other one. I don't know how to solve it though, but still would get again.

This cube was very fast out of the box, but it was very manageable, however it felt amazing. I loved the extra black pieces that it came with it. This will defiantly be my main for square 1 in the futter. :)

Unique Turn Feel and Great Stability

I got this as my first Square-1 since it seems to be the only good option besides the Little Magic. Right out of the box it was a little dry, but the turn speed was already to my liking, so I added a few drops of just solar. It feels and sounds very satisfying in a unique way. The magnets are almost bouncy so instead of a click after every turn its more of a pull to alignment, which I really like. Again, it also sounds weirdly amazing, it has a more deep turning sound and slices sound creamy. As expected from MGC, its top notch performance at a really good price point.
