This is a really effective tool for breaking down CFOP into focused, manageable practice. It’s the cubing equivalent of doing squats in the gym—building a fundamental strength before applying it in real performance.

By removing distractions, it allows for focused recognition and repetition. After using it, F2L feels more intuitive and my execution became noticeably smoother.

To get a little nerdy here: I love the concept of this cube because it aligns with the idea of Component Skills Acquisition—reinforcing the subordinate tasks needed for the full execution of a skill. It's a very smart way to train and refine performance.

Just ok

The best thing about the Cube is the price!! I was a little disappointed in the quality of the Cubes,, it locks bad ,, I just have not tried to adjust it at all ,,, I am not sure it will!! But after practicing with better cubes then try to step down to learn on this one is not a recommendation that I would give it!!! I seemed like a good Idea and for others it may be but as for me,, you get a cheap cube that really doesn't seam to help me learn any better than my better cubes !!! The Locking is the main reason for the 3 stars,, For sure I can not speak for all,, some might get a lot out of the Cube,, and after a while of practicing I may change my feeling about the Cube but may not!!!
