This is one of my favorite cubes. It just feels smooth, doesn't stick at all, I don't feel like it's going to pop, etc. I'm not fast by any means, but this cube is easy to control and as mentioned all the layers turn smoothly with minimal lube.
Now I wait for GAN to release a 6x6!
I got this yesterday, and right away I knew that nothing could beat this. The magnet strength is very reasonable, mainly because the inner layers have stronger strength than the outer layers, which helps with turning. I got the matte plastic version because I wasn’t willing to pay nine extra dollars just for UV coating. I’m selling my mgc to my friend because I don’t have any use for in anymore 🤷. The only thing is the price, but when it comes from a company that sells their flagship 3x3s at $90, this is something you should expect.
This 5x5 worried me at first, as it was incredibly tight out of the box, and it popped immediately after my first turns. However, after repairing the pop, and setting it up some, this is definitely a hit. It quickly became light, airy, and the corner cutting was forgiving.
It is very smooth, but it locks up and pops quite often. The turning feels nice, but the frequent lockups make it a bit hard to solve quickly.
I've had this cube for 6 months now and the 562M from my experience so far is doing really well. I feel like if you have big hands like me, this cube would be very comfortable. The cube is also really fast and has really good inner layers as it's actually quite hard to accidentally lock up. It performs pretty good without any lube that you lwky might not even need to add any lube (depending on your preferences ofc). Overall, I love it and would definitely recommend to the ones who have bigger hands. If you have smaller hands, then maybe the AoChuang WRM would be a good option as well.

This cube was nice and fast out of the box, had extremely smooth and buttery turning, and after a bit of break in and lube it was crunchy, stable and smooth. Just a jar of PB (peanut butter and personal bests)
Very good but a bit pricey, as it normally goes with gan
This 5x5 is the best one I’ve ever had!
Turns really great and is just really nice.
The only bad thing is the price.
The first Cube of GAN that I liked
The more I practice with this cube, the better it gets. So this is my final edit on this comment:
The GAN 562 is much better than the Valk5. It turns smoother and faster. It felt like it was catching (mostly it just felt that way) and seemed less accurate, but after I broke it in, it's much better.
After 4 days of practice, I beat all my 5x5 records and that's no surprise. You are on another level with this cube.
The Valk5 turns harder compared to this cube. The GAN is lighter and my hands don't get tired even after an avg50. The bigger my average, the greater the difference between the cubes. The MGC has no chance, of course.
The colors are much better compared to the Valk5. You can see the pieces earlier, so you are faster on average.
The box is nice and not oversized.
The UV coated version may have an advantage because it turns so fast and is so light that you can lose control while turning because of the slippery surface.
This cube definitely turns better than a GAN 3x3 (I don't like new GAN 3x3 cubes, but it feels like one). The normal 3x3 H perm flows with no problems, so it's even suitable for the Roux method, but the only problem I see is the small outer layers. They should be bigger!
Great 5x5! One of the best I've used. The MGC may be ever so slightly better, but the GAN and MGC are pretty much neck and neck.
The cube is wonderful, my best 5x5 by a long shot, but the name is misleading, saying"ball-core". I checked the inside of the cube, and theres just a normal magnetic core.
The cube was tight out of the box but after loosening the screws 1/2 of a turn, it was wonderful. I do like my cubes to be a bit on the loose side so I do get a few lockups once in a while, but that could easily be changed by tightening the cube and having a more controlled turning style. Overall, it’s amazing, it just needed a few dozen of solves to break in! It’s my new main for sure.

I have been using this cube for about a week and it is really smooth and has good corner cutting. I also thought it was going to feel like the 460 bit it is not as tight and doesn’t catch as much which is a good thing and I only have had one piece almost pop
Did it make me a faster solver? No.
Does it feel like a premium 5x5? Absolutely.
It took me a few solves to really get the feel for this thing but now that it's broken in I'm loving it. The YJ MGC 5x5 is great, been using that one for years, but the GAN 5x5 just has such a nice smooth snappy feel. It's faster than I expected, but still pretty stable. Instantly my new 5x5 main.
It feels good. Get it. Don't sweat the price tag it's worth it.
This cube turns very well, and does not pop at all (at least, for me). It fits my hand size perfectly, and it is already my new main (replacing YJ MGC 5x5). If you are in need of a new 5x5 and the price doesn't matter, then get this cube.
