This is my favorite 3x3
It turns very smooth, does not lock up, and is very adjustable.I find the orange internals makes solves easier.

The reason I bought it
-This is the most amazing cube ever! I have always been a huge gan fan but the cubes were always too expensive for me to buy any good ones. But the v100 changed everything. Its performance is good as a flagship cube and it's literally half the price. It having core magnets and being 55mm was just a perfect cube that I have been wanting for years. But if you add the shipping price it was still a bit too expensive. But when they released this CNY edition I thought God literally heard what I was saying. My favorite color is orange and it was a orange internal gan v100! So I bought it immediately👍
The review
-Out of the box its tension is on 8 and center travel is on 3. I personally thought it was almost perfect and I think most people would just use it without needing to adjust it because it is so perfect out of the box. But since I wanted to try everything I tried to set it as loose as possible and as tight as possible. And the most loose felt like it was going to crumble as a touch it but the tightest setting wasn't actually that bad. So for people who have light turning styles would have a lot more space to adjust their prefered set up. And because it is 55mm it was perfect for my hands since I have a bit smaller hand then others. I also liked the matte finish a lot since I have very sweaty hands. For those people who don't have a clue on what matte feels like it is more like a rubbery feeling than a sandy feel. And it's great👍 The core magnets are really nice too it doesn't punish you for not doing accurate turns. And since it's spring it is much more controllable and I prefer the spring for the v100 because it's already extremely fast and I don't think it needs to be even more fast with maglev. And my favorite part was obviously the colors. For people who like orange it's a must have. It's a very bright orange and the purple magnets don't really stand out too much so if you don't like purple it still doesn't matter because it doesn't pop out as much as the orange internals. And corner cutting is also not bad but not extremely good either at first. But after breaking in the corner cutting becomes better. And if you loosen your center travel to 3 and above corner cutting is great. But not as good on 1 and 2.
Conclusion
-Overall I will give this cube a 10000000000/10 it's AMAZING. What ever your thinking if you consider buying it even a little you should definitely buy it. It won't disappoint you at all and it will probably be better than you expected. And since gan said on there social media page that it's limited in quantity you should grab it fast😃

You cant take this cube outside however its great if you dont. Lovely job gan

This cube is PEAK, the auto alignment when you set it up is really good, now ootb it was a little uncontrollable but with lube it slowed down (I used solar) then the auto alignment went away after putting in lube so I wiped a little of the lube away then the cube suddenly felt better and controllable, recommend this cube alot

This cube turns soooo nicely , It's really fast and really controllable , it's very much worth it , I still main the 14 but this would be an amazing cube to main or backup. It's smaller than those ones by a millimeter, and it's definitely noticable for me, but I think it's just something I need to get used to. Out of the box for me it was perfect, I didn't need to make any adjustments. Durable! Feels nice! Turns really really well! It's such a smooth cube, very nice! The orange logo and internals are also so pretty ..

I got this cube a few months ago when I saw it. It's a pretty good 3x3, but when I had received it. I had not know that it had corner to core magnets, so that was icing on the cake. 9/10

Honestly I would say that this is better than the regular v100 with UV and maglev frosted finish looks great in my opinion and it's actually quieter than the maglev v100

I love this cube; it is fast, light, and the internals look great. my only complaint would be that it is sometimes a little uncontrollable, but a little lube fixes that right away. Thanks Cameron and speedcubeShop

I like the matte finish, it gives me a better grip than UV coat. The cube feels slightly heavier than v100 and somewhat less smooth, but still a great cube! I must say I am really disappointed that the beautiful Year of the Horse Gan logo is not printed on the cube, not even on the sticker (which was the case with the Christmas Gan cube). It would have made a really pretty little addition - next time, please, Gan! I do love the orange internals tho :) I have to say I don't understand Gan's obsession with re-inventing the center cap popping tool...this one is terrible and luckily it's much easier to pop the caps with your nail, as the tool is so clunky and doesnt' seem to actually do much. It would also be nice if all the Gan cubes used the same tool, so that I wouldnt' need a 100 tools for 100 different Gan cubes :p
