I've had this cube for about a week now, and I can say that it's amazing. Easily the best 7x7 I've had. Setting it up and lubing it myself was a bit hard, because there's so many layers. But once it was setup, the cube become really great. I put some Lunar on the outer layers, and Martian on both inner layers, which gave me a good mix of speedy and controllable.
After breaking it in, I can say that this cube is really stable and smooth. I do not get any fatigue when solving this cube. The magnet strength is a bit more strong on the innermost layers, and get weaker as you move out, to the outer layers. However, I have never noticed any issues or cases where excessive force was required to make turns. The magnets accurately keep the inner layers in alignment during 3x3 stage, allowing for my solves to have a fast finish without lockups.
The UV coating on this puzzle is a highly worthwhile upgrade greatly increasing the ease of gripping the puzzle, and is well worth the additional price. Additionally, the puzzle's weight is quite manageable. With past 7x7s I've tried, I found the puzzle's weight and texture would lead to constant fumbles and drops of the cube during solves. The AoFu V5 with UV coating solves these issues for me.
The small size was a bit unusual for me going in (it's about the same size as the Gan 562, and only a little bit bigger than a standard 3x3), but after a handful of solves I've found that this cube's size is quite easy to adapt to and compliments my smaller hands quite well.
Overall, I have no issues with this puzzle and I can say that it the most premium and well put together 7x7 I have ever tried. It is well worth the high price if you enjoy big cubes and have extra money to spend.
