Solves the same way as a 3 x 3, if you have great finger tricks, you might have trouble with it at first, and since you cannot really use the finger tricks the same way if you are not a speed though, you should get it pretty quick once you Learn the difference between the edge and corner pieces, you will need to orient the centers like you would for a 4 x 4, and since there are no real centers

This cube is basically just a 3x3 void cube, but with good turning. It was very smooth and fast right out of the box. The very sharp edges can hurt your fingers tho. This cube is a nice challenge, because it can have parity, because you obviously dont know where the centers are. This is a really nice cube for your Collection, but I wouldnt recommend speedsolving it, because ur fingers would hurt a lot after a while.
