Customers described this kilominx puzzle as "fun" and "good quality" at an affordable price. While praised for smooth turning and being "easy to solve," many noted it lacks magnets, causing instability and misalignment. Reviewers reported frequent lockups and poor corner cutting, making it unsuitable for speedsolving without setup/lubrication. Best for beginners.
- Started enjoying this within minutes of arrival - it's a real pleasure and a neat puzzle.
- Awesome little puzzle. Super fun solve and turns well enough.
- This puzzle is good once you set it up - it's a good puzzle for the price, would recommend.

My grandson loves it
Its good but it locks up quite a lot
it turns really quickly and smoothly, however because there are no magnets it goes ALL over the place. It looks nice and is pretty cheap. If your just looking to get into megaminx with something easier, this is perfect but not an amazing speedcube.
As nice as it is to have a sticker less kilominx that isn't expensive this one has issues with constant lockups and I don't ever use it for solving that often. I actually end up using my sengsou because somehow it turns better. Will probably get the diensheng soon so we'll see how that goes.
Good cube!
Very fun but get the dianshainge one if you wanna speed solve because this one has pretty much zero reverse corner cutting
I've been playing with the Megaminx for months. Finally got the Kilominx and it's a real pleasure. One challenge may be that if anything, it turns *too* easily -- almost difficult to hold in the hand without inadvertently turning it. But it's a neat puzzle, easier than the Megaminx in most ways but with the added twist of not having centers to guide you.
This puzzle is good once you set it up, it took a bit to break it in, haven't tried any others, but it's a good puzzle for the price, would recommend.
Awesome little puzzle. Super fun solve and turns well enough. Don’t expect it to be a speedcube. It’s pretty catchy. However, I’ve heard that all kilominx’s are this way, so it’s no worse than any other. Hoping this puzzle gets some attention soon so better releases come out.
the cube was very loose and is hard to control. It has no corner cutting. wont recommend if you want to speed solve but if you are looking for a cheep Kilominx that you are not going to solve often it is a good option .
I enjoyed this Kilominx. It was easy to solve (only 1 alg). Out of the box, it is an unstable puzzle, but I LOADED it up with Martain lube, and it was 10x better. Very good and I would recommend, especially for $9. Also, I love the colors on this puzzle and the grip.
A great puzzle overall and it's of good quality. It's a bit catchy in some spots so you'll have to feel around the cube to fix any alignment issues to make a turn. Not really a "speed solvable" puzzle, but it's a cute challenge for your 5-year-old that learned how to solve the 2x2.
this kilo minx is good but it does not corner cut ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1111111111
If you are planning to buy this puzzle, make sure you have lube on hand (or get the lube service) because unlubed it is... rough to turn. I tossed in some stardust and it is better now
It's not very expensive, but that is for a reason. There are no magnets, it doesn't turn very good and catches sometimes. It's definetly good for a beginner cube, not recomended for speedsolves.
amazing minx but ive said it once and ill say it again IT NEEDS MAGNETS!!!!
The turning is very smooth but that's a problem. It's very easy to miss-Aline a side and that stops the cube from turning. It's also sort of pricey for the fact that the little magic megminx is less expensive and better than this, even though it's a bigger cube.
It's a great puzzle, but like others have said, it desperately needs magnets
Fun puzzle but its really unstable, whenever I do a turn the other sides turn. Needs magnets. Good idea tho and kilominxes are fun to solve.
I love the cube. I think it just needs Magnets.
This is a great puzzle but it needs magnets I find that when I’m holding the puzzle other layers turn my only other complaint is that the center caps are a nightmare to get off all in all tho this is a great puzzle
My first Kilominx, very fun and easy to solve. Definitely get one if you want a fun short puzzle.
Solving this is really fun but layers can turn out of alignment very easily and it catches sometimes. I'm probably gonna magnetize it later.
It feels really good and Sandy and it was easy to break in the lube it is also a cheap cube and really good quality
It is a really cool cube. It catches sometimes and you can easily turn it accidentally. Otherwise, really cool cube.
this is like just like another of moyus morphix series, in that they have a fantastic base mechanism, but for some reason moyu decided that they arent going to make the pieces rounded so that the final outcome has absolute zero reverse cutting
OOTB, this puzzle had a sandy, smooth feel. One solve was enough to break in the factory lube. I decided to set this puzzle up with Cubicle weight 4 on the core and SCS Galaxy on the pieces. This kept the smooth, fast feel, but made it very quiet. The only problem with this puzzle is that it catches a lot. Magnets might help with this. Overall, it's a great puzzle, but I would recommend the Shengshou Kilominx over this one.
