MoYu RS4 M 4x4 (Magnetic)

At a comp I tried an rs3m and rs4m which aren't too dissimilar. they are both fairly quiet compared to the Rubik's speed (yes it is magnetic and Rubik's branded) and the cocoughany(sorry I can't spell) the competition stirred up in 4x4 roundhowever a guy at my table had a crack in his rs3m and said "I buy multiple because the plastic is very brittle," after asking why there was a crack in the corner.

Overall, I love the MoYu brand and this seems to be a good product that they sell.

A good 4x4 and well worth the money
I really like this puzzle and think it is a very good value for money. I have tried the GAN version of this and still think it is better, but the price makes this a worthwhile substitute for someone on a budget. I wish this cube had an elasticity/dual adjustment system, as the outer layers can be hard to control at high speed. However, I think it is good enough without, and MoYu did a great job designing the puzzle. Cornercutting is pretty good, as well, just like the rest of their rs series. Would highly recommend it to any cuber wanting a good 4x4 at a good price.

Love the Yellow Internals of the RS4 M. Great cube to learn 4x4 on and even compete with. Its a gateway cube for sure. You will want to get a better one eventually, but start here.

This product is great for my needs getting into 4x4, I didnt want to invest $40+ into a cube if I didn’t know if i like it or not. After a bit of setup this cubes turns great, sometimes there is some issues with a piece going where it shouldn’t but I’m sure I could fix it with more adjustment. For $16 this is a great cube to get started with 4x4

This cube was my first 4 by 4. after reading good reviews, i was almost immediately disappointed when i opened the box and found it was very slow, sticky, and had bad corner cutting. This changed after constant hard use, and it has now opened up a lot and is a great cube without any extra setups needed to achieve that

Probably buy the Aosu, as it's not much more expensive than this.

Magnets are pretty weak, cube comes dry, cube is a bit big for my taste. I would buy the cheapest Aosu as it's only a couple dollars more, and way better.

I would definitely recommend this to any cyber of any speed.

Absolutely love this 4x4. It has an excellent weight to it, not too heavy but substantial enough to feel solid in the hand. Performs well right out of the box, the magnets are in a sweet spot for both speed and precision. A no-brainer if you want a 4x4 magnetic on a budget!

I know a lot of people like strong magnets, but these are a little too strong for me. Other than that, amazing cube! Turns great, and the packaging and everything worked out fine.

This 4x4 is amazing for 15 USD. It has decent magnets and turns very well out of the box. And when you lube and tension it, it feels like it should be 40 USD, not 15 USD. Highly recommend this cube if you're on a budget.

the cube is nice when ordered with piece lube so you don't have to worry for disassembling for lubing. not the best corner cutting though but will be great for a first 4x4

Seriously Moyu I expected and different cube but now I just have a different feeling AOSU Gtsm.
Very disappointing.

But in a beginner's point of view. It's pretty decent. Would recomend

I really love the feel of this 4x4. It turns super nicely, magnets are a tad bit weak but noticeable, and it is a really nice size in your hands. The cube is pretty tight out of the box but that’s nothing a little tensioning can’t fix. Overall, great cube especially for the price.

Just got this cube as my first 4x4, it feels really nice and I think the magnets feel very good. I like how smooth it is. Good cube.

This cube is fine for starting at 4x4. Speedcubing, not the best. It pops more than I think should, but I've never tried any other 4x4 besides a really crappy one. It also tends to lock up a decent amount, and is just kind of on the slow side in general. If you're short on money, go buy the MoFang 4x4. It's probably better, and its cheaper. Not short on money? Why aren't you looking at a GAN, then?

This is an awesome 4x4. This is my first 4x4 so I can't really compare it with others, but I have to MoYu RS3 M 2020 and it feels just like it. I put some MARTIAN in it and it feels even greater. Also, it never pops! Excellent work from MoYu.

This cube was good for about 2 months until it started catching a lot even after setting up. I wouldn't say it's qualified for the RS series, it's more of a Meilong type of cube. But you can't expect much from a budget big(ish) cube
