MoYu WeiLong Pyraminx (Magnetic, MagLev)

I'm new to pyraminx but I tried every display puzzle at the warehouse shop, and this one has the highest quality feel, without a doubt. It turns like a higher quality RS3, it glides effortlessly, and the magnets are confidently strong but not overpowered at all. I waited for this one because it was out of stock, and it was well worth the wait. Plus, the purple internals are too cool! Moyu never fails to impress!

Very good pyraminx. A little bit too fast but that can be fixed with lube. Auto align which is great. One time while doing solve cap of piece popped off. Easy fix though

I like this cube it turns way faster then my old one great for people looking to improve at pyraminx

This pyraminx is really good out of the box. It is not dry and the magnets are really strong and so the cube being fast is easy to control and I highly recommend it and for $20. It is a really good Pyraminx

Easy to turn on moyu pyraminx

This cube is really fast and for my first pyraminx was great. It turns great and is very smooth. The magnets are somewhat strong, but the tiles sometimes fall off.

I had a Mofang Jiaoshi pyraminx before this and decided that it wasn't good enough for me. I looked through SpeedCubeShop and found this on sale for about $16. When I got the cube, it was much faster than the Mofang Jiaoshi pyraminx, likely because of the maglev within the pyraminx. Maglev means that instead of springs and screws holding the cube together it's two repelling magnets. It can be too fast for some people, and it's very possible you can overturn it, but for me, it was perfect. You can change the magnet strength if you think the magnets are too weak or too strong.
Overall, it is a very good cube, definitely worth the money.

This pyraminx is very fast, a little bit too fast out of the box, but good thing it's customizable! And it auto aligns very well!

The cube was very fast out of the box, and the settings are hard to get to. A magnet also came loose. It is a good pyraminx though.

it's harder for me to control compared to the standard spring version but i can overlook that with the beautiful purple internals

Its the first pyraminx i got it feels incredibly fast and is easier to set up then you'd think at first but it can be a little annoying

This is a very fast and good cube. It feels a little uncontrollable and maybe the maglev isn’t needed but I’m not very good at pyraminx so I could be completely wrong.

This is really fast out of the box and I would recommend it if you like fast cubes. If you like controllable, but fast cubes, I would recommend adding Martian to your order.

Smooth turning soft to hold in the hands and very useful for speedcubing and controlled environments

Out of the box this puzzle was very uncontrollable. After adjusting the tensions and slowing it down with some lube it was much better, but still not the most controllable pyraminx I've ever used. I can't complain too much since I'm getting some pretty good times with it and set my PB with it, but I would've preferred it to be a little slower. Overall, not too bad.

When I opened it, I tried a few solves. On my third I literally already broke my PB single and mo3. A few weeks later of this cube, and I am now averaging 6 seconds and under. I used to average about 8 with the Qiyi MS. Definitely recommend this cube.

This is an amazing cube! I bought the maglev version and it feels so smooth. the one downside about it is that the tips are a little hard to take off to adjust it, over all very good cube!

This is a great cube out of the box but it might be too fast and hard to handle because the fast turning but some weight slows it down and when I got the weight I got a 0.98. So overall I would give it a 5 star if it came a little slower.

i got the maglev version, love the purple internals. the tips are great, won't turn by accident, but removing them is painful. recommend once you get them off, you sand down the clips a bit. out of the box a bit unstable and too fast, but in some cosmos to slow down, and put it on a higher tension and magnet setting to stabilize it. overall definitely recommend it.

I got the non-maglev as a upgrade from my old pyraminx and the weilong is amazing, it turns really well and the magnets help keep it aligned correctly. I only thing I wish was different was the tips are hard to remove to custimize the cube.

I have the Maglev version of this and I love it. The adjustable edge magnets are super strong at the highest setting, so anyone should be able to find a magnet setting ideal for them.
The caps are incredibly hard to get off. Maybe there's some trick, but I took one cap off and one bit of the plastic that secures it came with it, so I will not be adjusting the maglev. Thus that adjustability is not very accessible. Luckily it has a good feel out of the box, so this is actually pretty minor.
My main wish for this is that it had a bit more grip. The plastic is very slick. I worry that my slipping hands will accidentally turn it when I pick it up for inspection. It has already been dropped on concrete due to this slickness, but it did not break or suffer a scratch. So tough, but slick. A UV coating like on the Gan 11 M Pro would make this an easy 5 star.

I ordered this for my first pyraminx and I was not disappointed the turning was really smooth and the colors of the puzzle was nice would highly recommend

Its a great puzzle but i dont really get it how to change the settings of the magnets but everything else is good !!!

This pyraminx is great! It's super smooth, it has a maglev option, the magnets are adjustable, and the corner cutting is great! I would recommend this to anyone who wants a pyraminx!

I love the purple internals too
