This is my first Pyraminx, and I’ve been genuinely enjoying it. The magnets feel strong and secure—which, for me, is a positive feature—and the overall turning is smooth. The only exception is the tip pieces, which feel slightly rough in comparison. I haven’t applied any lubricant yet, but I expect the performance will improve even further once I do.
Overall, it’s an excellent puzzle. I was undecided between this model and the GAN, but my son, who is an experienced cuber, recommended this one—and I’m glad he did.
