I like this cube a lot. The first thing I noticed is that this cube is really light. It feels like there is a lot of piece-to-piece contact on the insides. However, you can control this with the adjustment system.
Speaking of the adjustment system, I love it. There are 8 settings for tension and 8 settings for elasticity.
Magnet strength seems a little weak to me. The more advanced versions have a 20 magnet ball core and that could help balance it out, so likely this is just the nicer ones minus the uv coating and ball cores.
I get great times on this puzzle and recommend it except for one thing: durability. The internals are so thin you can see halfway through the plastic. Likely MoYu’s way of making it light, and hey, I don’t blame them, as GAN does the same thing.
Recommended for advanced cubers who want a backup/warmup cube as this would be too fast and fragile for beginners.
