bought this just to have a sq1, I don't even know how to solve it lol. im trying to solve it without help and im able to get it into cube shape and do OLL or whatever its called. I can't do PLL though. anyway it's literally only $8 so if you don't do sq1 like me, just save your money and get this. if you try to turn fast you'll probably pop with this cube and its kinda hard to put pieces back in, so turn carefully.

The qiyi square one is a little bit hard to turn, but overall not bad.
Very fun and has cool shapes looks super hard but is easy excpect when you get a flipped edges case
It turns quite smoothly but it tends to pop a lot and the caps can fall off easy. Good for beginners though.
Really good cube for the money. I got this as my first square 1 and I’m not disappointed with it. The one little complaint I have with this cube is some times the caps pop off if your turning it somewhat fast. Other than that I have no problems with it!
The sides of one of the corner pieces falls off. Not a great impression for the product. Turns OK. Right out of the box is a sandy turning but after breaking it in for about 2 minutes it feels okay.
Time to get the crazy glue.

This square 1 is great for learning but not the best if you want to get super good. I love the colors but not the turning.

At first I wasn't in love with the material used and the friction that came with it, but I soon had a change of heart. Definitely a great budget square 1.
When I first got this puzzle for the first time, I tried solving it without the help. I couldn't do sadly, so I used the instruction to help me out. One thing that I did notice was that the stickers were on the opposite side of my puzzle, so every time when I did an move, I had to complete flip my puzzle opposite from where it was, I eventually did get use to it and I do enjoy solving it.
It was good, liked the cube. If you know how to solve a 3x3 this should be easy because it uses the same algorithms. But the thing that made me have to make this a 4 star review was because it was a bit sandy. But I'm sure you could make it I good cube.
its pretty neat, good beginner square 1
As soon I got the cube, I did some first turns and algorithms. The turning was very smooth and fast. Just right out of the box! I recommend this cube for people who are learning how to solve it.
This is my first square 1 it is sluggish on the top and bottom layers but the slide is nice and fast but the controllability is nice if you are starting square 1 also it comes with a very useful paper to solve it good for beginners on square 1

This is a really good cube. It comer cuts amazingly and turns very smooth with the primary plastic internals and good mechanism.

Being my first square one, I loved it, and took 3 days to learn how to solve it. Sometimes now, I just use it or do solves! I recently got my first sub 1 minute solve.
Would definitely reccomend for your first square one!
normal turns are super slow.plastic broke within a week.the only god thing is the slice.get little magic

This square-1 is an amazing starter cube for anyone getting into solving this puzzle and wants a pretty cheap upgrade. I found this puzzle really smooth and very fast (especially the slice layer). As always, another great cube from Speedcubeshop!

This Square-1 is awesome! The top and bottom layers are kind of slow, but after breaking in, it’s not too much of a problem. The slice feels amazing, though. For such a cheap price, this is a great puzzle.
