Check out the QiYi QiFa Square-1! This is the first entry-level square-1 to be released from QiYi and it features the popular "frosted" plastic for the Stickerless variant which improves grip and looks spectacular. When using the QiFa, you can expect smooth layer rotations and a very controllable speed.
The qiyi square one is a little bit hard to turn, but overall not bad.

Great for the money
Really good cube for the money. I got this as my first square 1 and I’m not disappointed with it. The one little complaint I have with this cube is some times the caps pop off if your turning it somewhat fast. Other than that I have no problems with it!

Pieces fall off
The sides of one of the corner pieces falls off. Not a great impression for the product. Turns OK. Right out of the box is a sandy turning but after breaking it in for about 2 minutes it feels okay.
Time to get the crazy glue.
