Customers found this puzzle "much more fun than the regular Ivy Cube" and challenging. It features smooth turning, solid construction, and beautiful colors. While "pretty easy" for some, others noted it's "definitely more challenging" than expected, requiring algorithms and strategy. Some found it "tedious" but rewarding. Minor concerns include stiff turning and color scheme preferences.

Turning is completely fine. I'm not the biggest fan of the colour scheme

Very interesting puzzle!

This is much more fun than the regular Ivy Cube. Once you know the procedure (what order to solve which pieces, etc.) and a couple of algorithms, it's easy and repetitive in a way, but it definitely doesn't solve itself by accident like the O.G. There's a bit of strategy in it & (to me) it took a bit of study to get the hang of it. I'm going to enjoy messing with this puzzle.

Wowza…hold on tight…

First off this cube is pretty heavy. It makes the Ivy cube easy as baking a apple pie. Turns kinda stiff but that is the design of the Cubes. I noticed that it turns aka feels like the Dino and Axis Cube while being rotated.

One would think this is easy and it’s not. Fair warning. I definitely would recommend this cube.

Great but tedious

Wasn't expecting this to be that much harder than the regular ivy cube but it was. The concepts to solve it are basic, but it is a bit tedious. Still a fun puzzle though

Great!

This puzzle was pretty hard when I first tried to figure it out. It took me a week to solve it but once I figured it became more fun. The quality of the turning is really good but I think all Mo Fang Ge cubes are good.

Difficult

So, I wasn't expecting this one to be difficult but I still haven't entirely solved it. Colors look good, and cube turns great. Haven't had any lockups or anything yet. Would definitely recommend.

Next WCA comp?

This cube is very hefty for its size. The weight does give the cube a nice solid and firm feeling. I have dropped it on occasion, and it has survived without a single pop or damage to the cube.

The cube itself turns smoothly, is complex, and the ball-bearing helps keep it in shape. The corner turning is very stable, and there is no worry that a piece might fall out. When scrambled, the puzzle is definitely more challenging. I began thinking of solving it like a Skewb, but that was the wrong way to solve it.

This solves unlike any WCA puzzle. I am still trying to improve my time, but my current PB is 6 mins. This puzzle does have a parity. The Parity for this makes it seem like you need to swap only two centers. It is impossible to swap only two centers. The parity is resolved by making sure the sides are in Rubiks color orientation. Top-White, Front-Green, Left-Orange, Right-Red, Back-Blue, Bottom-Yellow.

I definitely recommend this puzzle to anyone who wants a good challenge. My first solve took 3 days, but now I can solve it in sub 6 mins.

Wondeful!

This is a really beautiful cube, the shades are gorgeous! It is just a tiny bit difficult, but you can solve it quite easily if you try hard!
I recommend it if you love non WCA cubes, or just want a little challenge!
