For those wondering like me, this is the renamed legacy PVC coating as popularized previously by JPerm. The exo-shields do add an additional layer of grip but the edges of the 'stickers' are especially sharp to the point where I have majorly scratched multiple of my fingers using it. Also after a while it feels (oily?) not sure what has caused it.
Very good it helps with grip and scratching it doesn't scratch and it helps with grip and you the stuff doesn't get on it very good but make sure you wash your hands or something before using it after like eating or something because it is very sensitive to grease and oils

I assume the service would be different if it was a stickerless cube, but for sticker or black cube. It's just new sticker but pvc stickers and nothing else.
