I don’t know much about puzzle lube. I’ve been getting back into the hobby and there are now just so many lubes compared to 5 or 10 years ago. This is a great way to get to try things out. They shipped individually wrapped, so no chances of a potential disaster when opening it.

I do wish it came with a nice guide on each one. In other purchases, I’ve gotten the little business cards describing some of them and I also know there is a guide on the site, but I still have only used 3 of them so far cause I don’t feel I really have a good grasp on stuff, then again, like I said, lube isn’t my wheelhouse

I bought this as well as Solar, since it isn't included. You will only really ever know what you like best if you try it yourself.
For anyone struggling with squeezing out drops of lube from the 5ml bottles, try using some wire cutters to cut down the dropper tip until you are able to get the lube out. Keep in mind that the lube will also come out faster than you are expecting when you do this.

I tested all of them.
The actual order of speed on average for me (tested in a Gan 15) is this from fastest to slowest:
Stardust, Lunar, Martian, Solar, Galaxy, Comet, Cosmos, Nebula.

I prefer Lunar over Stardust even in big cubes because of how much longer it lasts, and it's still fast enough for me. Also I'm not a fan of scented lubes.
Anything other than lunar is way too slow for me. I thought maybe I would prefer Martian or Galaxy because I like to mix Lunar with a slight amount of Weight 1, but they felt way slower than that.

Comet is also just weird there's so many comments from people saying that it's slow, when apparently it's meant to be fast and I had the same experience. I used only two drops on the pieces of my Gan 15 with Lunar on the tracks, and it felt as slow if not slightly slower than 6 drops of galaxy. If you're thinking you might want a slower cube, then I would get Galaxy over Comet because Comet's stringy, sticky consistency just feels weird, whereas Galaxy is smooth and buttery.

Do not use Cosmos or Nebula on their own. They are useful for replacing the slow lube in your setup if you setup is similar to this: Lunar/Stardust + a lot of weight 1/2 or a little of weight 4/5 speedlube. Cosmos is useful for replacing these weighted speedlubes because it slows the cube down without being sticky or gummy like speedlube. If you like gummyness you can use Nebula instead.
From what I've tested, Martian is the most similar to weight 1, but is less sticky/gummy. So I've substituted weight 1 for Martian in my setup. I use one drop of Martian and 4 drops of Lunar on the tracks, 1 drop of Martian and 6 drops of Lunar on the pieces. Keep in mind that these "drops" are when the bottles are mostly full. More comes out per drop when the bottles are closer to being empty.

In conclusion, I'd say that Stardust, Lunar, and Martian (if you really like slow cubes) can be used just on their own, and the rest of the lubes are for mixing only.

This lube us really good! I like that I get to try out all the different lubes and that I can balance and try new things out. I would definitely get this again. It is overall a very good product. It also got delivered super-fast. Very pleased.

I don't know why it doesn't have Solar. Great lubes. Stardust is just smelly pink water that goes away in like an hour though. Two of the lubes came not full and not sealed with lube everywhere. Over all good product.

honestly the only good lubes you are gping to use are cosmos or weight 5 one or the other lunar and stardust combo or martian this is too much but good lubes

AMAZING LUBE I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! But the reason it’s a 2 star is not because of the lube itself it’s mostly because it was not packaged properly and most of the lubricants came half full

I ordered the 15ml size and loved lunar and comet for 8x8 although stardust is best for the 2x2. I would rather use Martian on a 3x3 than anything else.

Seemed a little pricey but is worth the cost. I've tried most of them across a number of cubes and highly recommend this kit.

This bundle really helped me determine which ones I really like and while most are great the Martian and lunar just really shone on the 3x3, the solar and galaxy I like on my megaminx. Great product if you want to try and rest em out.

I love this ultimate lube bundle! The lubes are all very unique. Some people have a problem with comet because it is too slow even though it has a speed rating of ten. I actually come up with a theory about it, weight 8 speed lube is heavier than weight 1 cuz weight one is a more “condensed” version of weight one. I think comet is a “condensed” version of lunar. That means less of it will do the same thing as more lunar. It also means that if you put in too much comet or mix it with other lubes it will slow your twisty puzzle down and make it feel “gummy”. If you use comet do not put too much in and make sure to have no other lubes in your cube. Okay, now onto the other lubes. Lunar is great and will give your cube a good amount of speed and will make your cube feel “wet” and lubed.Stardust is faster than lunar but does not make your cube feel as “wet” as lunar will. Cosmos will slow your cube down a LOT if you put too much in, DO NOT PUT TOO MUCH IN AND ONLY USE ON FAST CUBES! Nebula is the same but as cosmos but is a bit faster and more “buttery”. Galaxy is a medium lube; perfect for a person averaging from 1 minute to 35 seconds. Galaxy is kinda like a mellow martian and is a bit slower, smoother, and more controllable. The one problem about this bundle is the price, it costs $42 for only 5 ml of each, but it is actually worth it cuz you can get it for $31 on sale, and that’s a great deal. You do not need more than 5 ml of each because most of these lubes last a long time.

This lube bundle is amazing! All the fast and slow lubes combined into one bundle. My favorites are lunar, stardust, and Martian. Lunar and stardust are just so fast that I put less than 6 drops in. With Martian, it adds so much control to the cube, and is the favorite of a lot of people I know. Nebula and cosmos are also really good and I used them to slow down my Gan 14, although I don’t recommend going over 3 drops at a time with those. Overall it’s a great bundle worth the price but I wish it came with solar and vortex and I recommend the 5ml size because it last plenty long and it is the cheapest.
