I was looking forward to using this cube after always longing to use a smart cube every since I began the hobby. After purchasing this product, I wanted to be able to use it's smart functionalities with connecting it to the app and begin to play around with its bluetooth capabilities. After downloading the app, I started to encounter a big problem. I'm not able to create an account on the Smart Player Pro app the manual from the box tells me to scan and use to connect the cube to the app.
I don't know if it's a region issue or server issue. The app only gives me two options to create an account, chinese phone number or email. Can't use phone number so email is the only way. I put in my email, press the button to send a verfication code, and nothing. I try multiple times over a 30 minute period and still get nothing. I try a different email, nothing. I even sent a email to the contact us trying to get some support for this issue and lo and behold, NOTHING. No response for a weeks time.
So I don't know what it is with the app, I would avoid buying this product at this time of review and maybe spend the same amount of money for this product towards a GAN cube, since it's smart cube equivalent will probably work unlike this ones.

The cube itself is amazing but the app just does not compare to cubestation.
This cube isn't the greatest, but the app is still fine. Sure you can adjust the magnets and stuff, but the dual adjustment system isn't the same as the normal cube being significantly worse.
