Even wtih very slow careful turning this cube has major lock-up issues. The corners have become less tight but the centers are still locked tight as can be. Despite this, I love this little one and using it has helped me get faster on a regular cube and the forced slowdown had improved my ability to intuitively solve and memorize/understand algorithms. I have also discovered a love for pillowed cubes!
