can it be fully scrambled? If so this is a MUST have
from the other reviews though, I imagine it is bigger than expected and a very good pen holder.

Great for your desk!

This is a great accessory for your desk if you like cubing. The fact that it turns is a great bonus! It was bigger than I expected, but that's a good thing.
