The YJ Pocket Timer is speedcubing's first touchless timer! Through the use of infrared technology, this little timer can accurately sense motion to start/stop the timer which is great for on-the-go solving when space is limited. The Pocket Timer has the ability to display your average of 5 or 12 and has a buzzer sound effect that can be turned on or off.

*Important: For best results, use the timer on a dark, flat surface. Setting the timer on a light, uneven surface may result in the infrared sensors not operating as expected.

Amazing

As someone who is going between places and don't wanna cary around a huge timer this was great! works almost all the time so its pretty consistent and I will be using this for the foreseeable future!

Amazed!

I'm shocked at how good this is! It took a bit of getting used to since it feels a bit different to using a normal timer but it works so well when you get used to it. It's also a good size so it can easily be taken anywhere much easier than a normal timer.

Good

It is a great timer if you prefer how compact it is or if you're on the market for a cheap timer. I works great and I love it. The one problem is the strap, since there is no real way of putting the strap through the little holes on the top left, its useless. Great concept and great execution. 5 stars.

Not to shabby

I like it. The only problem I have with it though it when I put in the batteries and turned it on, it started to beep nonstop. I had to try multiple different combinations before it started working. Otherwise, pretty cool. Definitely gonna get me up another social level when I take this thing to school.

Works great

It’s a very good cheaper alternative to the normal timer. it is great for people just starting and if you need to take it anywhere it is portable (although I don’t think you would need to). I have had mine for a while and I am very pleased with it.
