Key features

No more accidental timer resets! Both power and reset buttons must be held for a half-second before they activate.
Reinforced button design to prevent premature wear.
New shape! The G5 is now smaller and more compact.
Two start/stop modes. Press and hold the Reset button for 5 seconds to toggle between "2-Pad" and "4-Pad" modes.
"2-Pad" mode requires you to place your fingertips on the two pads to start/stop timing.
"4-Pad" mode requires you to use both your fingertips and thumbs to start/stop timing.
Auxiliary cord plug-in located underneath the timer to prevent it from being unplugged by mistake.

Great timer

Very nice timer. I like how you have to hold it for a bit to get it to reset because it makes sure you don't accidentally reset it. I know people complain about it, but it's fine once you get used to it. The blinking of the timer light only bothers me when I'm cubing in a darker room. I can understand how some people are bothered by the bright light out of the corner of their eye, but I think it really depends on the way you hold the cube and how distracted you get. I also like how the light clearly turns color when the timer starts.

This was my first cubing timer ever and it’s great! It isn’t too big that it takes up space, but is not too small either. Would recommend for anyone looking to get a timer!
