Before i got this i had a gan 356m which is nowhere as good as this, so im not very critical considering i have never experienced a flagship cube.
Turning is great for someone like me who likes fast cubes. The maglev makes it feel so smooth. I havent even lubed mine and after a few weeks of extensive use, it still feels great.
The auto alignment is incredible. It's really satisfying to just flick it and watch it realign.
The sound is farily quite unless you turn aggressively, and slice moves tend to be louder. But it doesnt have a springy sound due to the maglev system.
The new adjustment system is definitely better than switching out nuts with the 356m. And it offers more customization with 36 combinations if I'm not mistaken.
Regardless of how tight you keep it, it is still a fast cube. So if you want it to turn slower, you may need to apply some controlling lube. The adjustment tool isnt as bad as it seems, but it can overturn a notch sometimes and you will have to cycle all the way around to go back a notch.
Even with the frosted coating, i have never had the cube slip out of my hands yet.

I would definitely recommend this cube if you're looking for a cheaper flagship gan cube.

When I got it o was so exited and it’s really fast and controllable. You do have to turn it with your hands slow but the cube turns fast definitely better than the 356 xs. 10/10.
The Gan13 maglev fx is an awesome cube! I love it
I got the Maglev fx and although you cant adjust the magnets it is so smooth but fast I got new PB right away with this cube but once you adjust it it loses its smoothness
