ShengShou 8x8 Mastermorphix

This puzzle is extremely challenging. I love the difficulty, but I still suffer for 2 hours everytime I decide to scramble this “cube”. I didn’t expect the centers to be uneven and it took me several days to understand how to solve the last few centers. I probably should’ve bought a smaller mastermorphix first, but I still would recommend this puzzle to anyone in search of a challenge.

I left a similar review on the 6x6 version, and the review mostly applies to this puzzle as well. The shades are nice, the texture is nice - not too slippery, the turning is smooth, and I did not have any trouble with popping. I would strongly recommend this puzzle to anyone who knows how to solve a 6x6+ and wants an extra challenge.

I have bought one. Within 2 days 1 green square popped out from the stiff center slice. Did not know where to re-insert the square so I took the cube apart and rebuilt it. Took me seven days from start to end. Now rebuilt, i added lubricant, seems to work better.
