I had to get this cube as I volunteered 3 months working with a Vervet monkeys in South Africa. I was pulling grass that was 3 to 7 feet tall. And Black Mambas was seen on a daily basis.
Thus I had to have it. It does feel cheap in the hand. I did a flick test and managed to get a 270 degree turn. So it’s kinda loose. I did not have pieces pop doing this.
Overall I am happy with this cube since I am not a Speed Cuber…yet.
Maybe speedcubeshop could add magnets and sell it as a custom version. The space is there ready to go, 3x2mm magnets would fit nicely. Just a thought :-)
Once I got it It was a good cube but months after I was solving it and it popped but that's normal in any cube I thought nothing of it but then I started putting it back together and the center came off not the cap THE CENTER is an image https://imgur.com/c48TlFQ
It’s a lot faster than my old main and it’s very secure and easy to adjust
I am a huge fan of Qiyi so I bought this cube for the second time. I would not call this a speed cube at all. It’s pretty loose out of the box which is fine by me. I need to tighten the cube up and see if that makes a difference.
