the selection is exactly what a beginner needs. two control lubes, and two speed lubes. there are some control options with more gumminess, and some with less, and some speed options with gumminess, and some with less.
for a beginner, the ease of mixing lubes would be right at your fingertips. they will last a long time despite the seemingly small sizes. i also think the bottles are much easier to squeeze than the 5 ml bottles.
it makes the lubing process simple and not scary, knowing that even if you mess up, you can just wipe the pieces down and start over. the fun thing about these lubes, is that a beginner doesn't need to take their puzzle apart and reassemble it either. just add six drops to a gap and scramble!

All the lubes are very fast and controllable and would definitely recommend this offer as a bundle!
These are great lubes. Lunar really speeds up a cube that gets sluggish. Martian is a nice standard lube that makes turning much smoother and speeds it up a bit as well. Galaxy is great for controlling fast cubes without gumming them up too much. Used it on my WeiLong WR M V9 and the difference was incredible. So much more control. Lastly, Nebula. It's the one I've used the least, but not because it's bad, I just don't have many cubes that require it. I could see it being used on the inner tracks to help smooth out and slow down some quick cubes. All in all this is a great bundle to get a feel for which lubes suit your style and combining them can pretty much do whatever you need.
