Solve it like a 2x2. There are 8 movable pieces. 1-2x2x2, 3-2x2x1, 3-2x1x1, and 1-1x1x1. Solve the bottom with the 2x2x2, 2-2x2x1, and 1-2x1x1 and the top with a 2x2x1, 2 2x1x1, and the 1x1x1
