Great puzzle, but breaks easily

Be careful, the puzzle breaks very easly on turns. It my first time using it, and a piece snapped off. it also locks up easily, the most delicate of all the fruit puzzles. Would be great if customer service could contact me, I am a new cuber and would like tips.
