GAN V100 3x3 (Magnetic, MagLev, Core Magnets)

The reason I bought it
-This is the most amazing cube ever! I have always been a huge gan fan but the cubes were always too expensive for me to buy any good ones. But the v100 changed everything. Its performance is good as a flagship cube and it's literally half the price. It having core magnets and being 55mm was just a perfect cube that I have been wanting for years. But if you add the shipping price it was still a bit too expensive. But when they released this CNY edition I thought God literally heard what I was saying. My favorite color is orange and it was a orange internal gan v100! So I bought it immediately👍
The review
-Out of the box its tension is on 8 and center travel is on 3. I personally thought it was almost perfect and I think most people would just use it without needing to adjust it because it is so perfect out of the box. But since I wanted to try everything I tried to set it as loose as possible and as tight as possible. And the most loose felt like it was going to crumble as a touch it but the tightest setting wasn't actually that bad. So for people who have light turning styles would have a lot more space to adjust their prefered set up. And because it is 55mm it was perfect for my hands since I have a bit smaller hand then others. I also liked the matte finish a lot since I have very sweaty hands. For those people who don't have a clue on what matte feels like it is more like a rubbery feeling than a sandy feel. And it's great👍 The core magnets are really nice too it doesn't punish you for not doing accurate turns. And since it's spring it is much more controllable and I prefer the spring for the v100 because it's already extremely fast and I don't think it needs to be even more fast with maglev. And my favorite part was obviously the colors. For people who like orange it's a must have. It's a very bright orange and the purple magnets don't really stand out too much so if you don't like purple it still doesn't matter because it doesn't pop out as much as the orange internals. And corner cutting is also not bad but not extremely good either at first. But after breaking in the corner cutting becomes better. And if you loosen your center travel to 3 and above corner cutting is great. But not as good on 1 and 2.
Conclusion
-Overall I will give this cube a 10000000000/10 it's AMAZING. What ever your thinking if you consider buying it even a little you should definitely buy it. It won't disappoint you at all and it will probably be better than you expected. And since gan said on there social media page that it's limited in quantity you should grab it fast😃

normally a full time moyu guy and not really a gan fan. but this thing is somehow better than the v11.

I purchased this for my son for Christmas and he LOVES IT!!! The quality is Amazing and it comes in a clear case to protect it from getring any build up of gunk. He also loves how much better and faster it is!

I have the 18th Anniversary Edition. This is by far my best cube and am comparing it to the Weilong V11 and Gan V100. The super is so smooth with very little lube. There is no stiction at all. There is no plasticky cheap sound and is very quiet. Its very similar to the V11 but has stronger and more noticeable magnet strength on its full setting and can be turned down to match the V11. Its fast but not loose like the GanV100. After using the Super I don't think I'll be buying any other cube on the current market. Its expensive but considering I've bought many other cubes that now just sit there it actually very affordable. I'm going to get the regular version of the Super as well just to see if the white plastic is any different than the clear.

Just got back into cubing after a long break and was surprised to see what all they had come up with. This cube feels amazing to solve and I’m a big fan of the magnets which are new to me. Out of the box I did have to tighten it because it was too difficult for me to control. My first GAN cube and probably my only one because I can’t imagine spending more than this on a 3x3. It’s got everything I need and more. If you’re just doing this casually or as just something to do with your hands like me but want that premium feel then this is the perfect cube.
