How Pro Tune, Total Shield, Pre-Orders, and Backorders Affect Christmas Delivery

The deadlines above apply to items that are in stock and ready to ship. If your order includes any of the following, please review this section carefully:

• Pro Tune or Total Shield: These services add extra processing time before your order ships. Check the product page for the “ready to ship” date and make sure that date is on or before the Christmas deadline for your shipping method and country.
• Pre-orders or backorders: Your order will ship once those items are in stock. The expected ship date will be shown on the product page and/or at checkout. If that date falls after the Christmas deadline for your region and shipping method, we cannot guarantee delivery by December 24.

For the safest experience, we recommend placing orders that include add-on services, pre-orders, or backorders a few days earlier than the deadlines listed on this page.
