The app is terrible

Let me start off by saying speed cube shop is great and i have no issues with them i got my package early customer service is great 5 stars all around. Now the cube on the other hand is a much different story. Getting the cube i had such an incredibly hard time just connecting it to the app and it constantly spamming network error. I couldn't even get a verifiction code it took hours until it sent so i couldn't even use the cube in the time being. Once it finally connected mid solve it would say network error and disconnect my cube. i tried to reconnect it and it kept saying network error so the app was an extreme nightmare to use. the cube its self was alright i guess it was extremely slow. in my opinion i cant recommend this product for anyone unless you wanna throw a speed cube at your wall.
